The Multidisciplinary research cafe is a series of informal events for PhD students and post-docs across Sheffield Hallam University to share their research.

 

This is a great opportunity to present your research in front of peers from different backgrounds and to network within the university.

 

It is very simple to sign up and attend! Simply email L.Cole@shu.ac.uk to confirm your attendance. Coffee, tea, cake and refreshments will be provided!

On the 14th May we will also be hosting the university wide 3-minute thesis first heat complete with prizes and an introduction from our Vice-Chancellor Paul Harrison!

Any interested PhD students should email k.fildes@shu.ac.uk by the 30th April to express their interest!

The multidisciplinary research cafe is organised by a team of post- doctoral researchers and students from around the university and is funded by the imagine initiative to promote multidisciplinary research and development of an inter university research network.
